Remembering Nelson our beloved cat!

December 11th, 2012 by vicki

Nelson

It is with wonderful memories that we are sharing with you that Nelson has passed away at 18 years old.  He was such a treasure to us and many of you that have stayed with us at the inn.  Whether he was snuggled into a wicker chair on the deck or curled up under a bird of paradise plant in the garden or posing like a spynx, Nelson could be found relaxing at his home, The Cypress.  We recognize that he was a surrogate pet for animal lovers while vacationing here and we thank you for the love you bestowed on him.  Nelson appreciated every rub under the neck that you gave him!  We miss him dearly and he remains in our hearts.
